Training and continuing education are the backbone of our company. We pride ourselves in ongoing education and teach others about insurance at local colleges.

	Dan Mitchell has a background in Landscape and Property Management before becoming an Insurance Agent. Dan has been an Insurance Agent since 1984, and is a Licensed Property and Casualty Agent. A strong believer in education, Dan received his Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) Designation in 1987, and continues to stay current with industry products and offerings with his ongoing education.

	David Mitchell is a strong believer in educating people about the insurance industry. He received his Bachelors Degree in 1995 from the University of Phoenix. He received a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Phoenix in 1998. He received a second Masters Degree in Human Resources (MA.HR) from Ottawa University in 2001. David Mitchell has held an Arizona Property Casualty and Arizona Life and Health License since 1979. He is license in several other states for Property and Casualty. In 1992 he received his Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) Designation (an honor held by less than 2% of Insurance Agents).
